Kellie holds an AS Degree in Legal Office Management from Brevard Community College and has an extensive professional background in retail management, and small business administration. She has over 20 years of experience in the residential cleaning industry.
Steve La Belle offers professional handyman services and has over 20 years of experience serving residents in Central Brevard County, including Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, and other communities on the Space Coast.

Kellie La Belle and her background screened cleaning professionals, have been passionately providing an extraordinary housecleaning experience since 2014. La Belle’s is licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection.
Our Cleaning Service Does:
- Work with you based on your guests check-out and check-in status.
- Complete all services described in the approved plan and provides a checklist for you after the services are completed.
- Use our own cleaning products and supplies.
- Supply our own dusting & cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mop for all cleaning jobs unless otherwise requested by the client.
- Dispose of all trash and cleaning waste at the end of the cleaning service.
- Make sure to lock up after cleaning services are complete.
Our Cleaning Service Does NOT:
- Provide services other than cleaning services, unless you are one of our VIP Concierge Members.
- Provide service to households during times that the house is occupied by unsupervised children or teenagers.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, stoves, or any other gas or electric appliances (unless instructed by the client).
- Let in service people such as electricians, UPS drivers, etc.
- Feed pets or clean up pet accidents.
- Clean up dog/cat urine OR feces!
- Access your phone or answering machine
- Perform any specialized cleaning on any antique, delicate or valuable items.
- Clean walls, ceilings and external windows.
- Clean windows externally. We will only clean windows internally.
- Exchange keys with anyone. Kellie La Belle – Owner of La Belle’s Vacation Rental Housekeeping will be in possession of your keys at all times.
- Share any client information such as phone number, address, email address, etc.
