How do you gain entry into the vacation rental house?
We offer 2 entry options to choose from:
- The client provides a key, garage door opener or code to gain access to the home.
- The client can purchase a lock box to place a key inside and provide La Belle’s Vacation Rental Housekeeping Service with the passcode.
Safety
Safety is one of our primary concerns, so La Belle’s Vacation Rental Housekeeping, does not:
- Use ladders more than 2 steps high or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities can put our cleaning technicians in danger of back injury or damage to property.
- We will not handle ceiling fans that cannot be reached with a standard extending rod or chandeliers/lighting fixtures that are out of arms reach.
What forms of payment to do you accept?
La Belle’s Vacation Rental Housekeeping Service clients can use our convenient online payment option. Clients will be expected to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. VIP Concierge Memberships will have their credit card automatically charged after their Vacation Rental Property is cleaned. A $10.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the scheduled service day. You will be emailed an invoice the day before your service.
Do you issue refunds?
We guarantee our work. Contact our office before 11 a.m. the day following your cleanings (11 a.m. Monday for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday cleanings) and we will make every effort to correct the problem. La Belle’s Vacation Rental Housekeeping Service does not refund any portion of a cleaning fee.
24-hour guarantee
We want your guests to be absolutely delighted with the cleaning service! Report any concerns to our office at 321-544-3431 within 24 hours after the service. We will return and re-clean the area(s) of concern at no cost to you.
